The flag of the Serbian Orthodox Church

The official church flag of the Serbian Orthodox Church (SPC) is the tricolor, identical to the state flag of Serbia, with horizontal fields of red, blue, and white, and in its center, on the blue field, there is a cross with four ocila. Located in the center of the blue field is a stylized cross with four ocila, known as the tetra-grammatic (Palaeologian) cross. This symbol originates from Byzantium (the Palaeologian dynasty from the 13th century) and is closely associated with Serbian history and tradition.
