In the upper left corner of the flag is the coat of arms of Venezuela. The yellow color represents the country's wealth, the blue color symbolizes courage and independence from Spain, and the red color signifies courage and independence from Spain. Eight white stars: Initially, there were seven stars, and then an eighth star was added, representing the regions of Venezuela, specifically the Guiana region.
